My first contact with OSCOM was when I attended the OSCOM 3 event in near Boston in May 2003. I was very impressed by this event.

My involvement in Open Source
I am a project admin for TikiWiki CMS/Groupware. I am a member and/or involved to various degrees with several local Open Source Groups. Ex.: ilesansfil.org, facil.qc.ca, isoc.qc.ca, rocococamp.info and koumbit.org

I also am involved in the phpBeer Social Event Management System

My involvement in OSCOM.
I volunteered to host & manage the technical aspect of the Wiki.

My interests
I would like to see more code & idea sharing amongst open source CMSs. For example, the Galaxia Workflow Engine

Other interests:

• A common wiki syntax or Wiki creole (for wikis, but also webmails, PDAs, etc)
• Compatibility between open source software licenses and Creative Commons licenses. For example, Open Source Web Design themes are released under CC. How can they be reused in (L)GPL applications?.

1st step is better communication. More collaboration will come naturally.
